- If you are ordering our products from a Sale event, dispatches may be a bit delayed due to increased volumes. We will target to dispatch all orders within due date of order.
- However, due to some force Majeure conditions like flood, storms, high windflows, bad weather, transportations delays, regulatory halts, political disruption, lockdowns and other unprecedented issues can delay an order. We’ll try to keep you posted about any delays by either SMS or email. This may also happens that address provided or PIN code is out of the delivery network area.
- We endeavor to deliver the product or you may do collect your order if you can. If it isn`t possible, the order will be cancelled and we will initiate a full refund of amount of product only, upon the request of customer. This shipping fee is non-refundable in any case.
- Time reflected at the time of order confirmation is an estimated time for delivery of products. We never guarantee or payment of shipping fees never provide guarantee to deliver the product within stated time product. RETURNS & REFUNDS
All the products once sold, cannot be exchanged, refunded and return. All eligible order shall be exchanged with same SKU subject to availability of stock.
At ‘ArchiesBeauty’, we strive to give you the excellent shopping experience, as possible. Accordingly considering that, opened or damaged products by customer cannot be exchanged, we cannot accept the exchange of opened or used products once sold or delivered. We will try to collect all possible information from you.
We regret we won’t be able to pick up products you wish to return. Instead, we request you to courier the package yourself. In such a case, all you have to do is share your airway bill (AWB) with us and after we receive the product and a quality check is completed by ‘Archies Beauty’.
Items that you return should not be used, washed, altered/tampered or soiled. All original packing, labels, tags, leaflets, manuals, warranty/guarantee cards, freebies, accessories and should be intact. ‘ArchiesBeauty’ will not accept your return in absence of these.
Upon receipt of your return request from you, we will assess the complaint of the product being faulty/defective. Upon successful validation of the complaint and found genuine. We will process your request for replacement with regard to the damaged/defect product. The replacements will be accepted for only eligible items.
‘ArchiesBeauty’ is not responsible for any damage caused at the time of reverse delivery of the Product.
